We booked the cottage for the week leading up to Easter. It was fully as described, offering superb facilities in a lovely village. All the equipment worked well, with clear instructions. The garden was reasonably sized, fully enclosed and very tidy. Communication from the owners was clear and thorough and the welcoming pack for people and dog was a very nice touch. Thoroughly recommended.

An extremely well equipped cottage, tastefully decorated, where everything is provided for. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The underfloor heating was an absolute triumph. The cottage is close to lots of beaches and a seal colony. Perfect for days out with the kids.

On arriving you realise straight away that the owners have thought of everything. Great cottage, great location. Perfect base to explore the delights of Norfolk, as well as the excellent local food & drink in the village pubs (not forgetting the fish & chip van as well). Beaches, National Trust properties, walks, bird watching & great boat trips on Hickling Broad. Fully relaxed after a brilliant week.

Wow, what a perfect, comfortable, inviting, quaint cottage, set in a beautiful village amongst the Broads. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need to make this Cottage what it is, exceptional. We have stayed in many cottages across the country for Christmas, but Golebys Cottage is by far the best. The owners had very kindly laid on little Christmas presents for us and our dog and decorated the cottage beautifully. The roaring fire and underfloor heating made it just that little bit more special too. The local pub (Greyhound), about 100m away, was welcoming and is a traditional country pub, with great staff and food. We will be returning and can not wait to get back there.

A wonderful stay at Golebys Cottage in April. The cottage was ideal for ourselves and our dogs. They loved the underfloor heating as we did too, especially since we had a sudden icy blast of weather. The area is fantastic and we loved exploring the nearby beaches and ambling around the Broads. Followed by some delicious meals in the local dog friendly pubs, The Greyhound and The Pleasureboat. Our first visit to the area but we definitely hope to return to Golebys Cottage again.

What a fantastic cottage, lovely welcoming touches, best equipped we have ever had. We have had such a relaxing and sunny time - going home for a rest after lots of long walks! We were so lucky to find your cottage.
